This usually leads to exhaustion over time.

I believe I can flow
Triggered when there are not at least two contiguous hours for uninterrupted work in a day. This is called “focus time” and it’s important since the brain takes, at least, 15 minutes to switch between different tasks. It’s related to cognitive absortion and quality of work.
This usually leads to exhaustion and depersonalization over time.
Trigger
Recurring Meetings overload
Having too many recurring meetings might mean some are not necessary, or could be automated. In some cases, this contributes to exhaustion.
We suggest you review your recurring meetings as it seems their number might be higher than the average.
